In the early stages of a relationship, things can feel exciting, full of connection and laughter. But overtime many of us find ourselves caught in a cycle of misunderstandings, arguments, or emotional distance. What once felt effortless can begin to feel confusing, painful, or exhausting.

 

You might find yourself stuck or where everything becomes a battle. In these moments, it’s common to feel disconnected, lonely, or unsure of how you got here. If you’re in this place, you're not alone, and therapy can help.

 

In our sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll look at your relational patterns, uncover what’s driving them, and work on building healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

 

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to help you reframe your experiences, respond rather than react, and reconnect with yourself and your relationship more meaningfully.​

Your Session

There is no set number of sessions when it comes to therapy; everyone’s journey is different. The length and pace of our work together will be shaped by your needs, your goals, and what feels right for you.

 

Therapy is most effective when it’s consistent, which is why sessions are usually held at the same time each week. If we decide to work together, we will agree on a regular weekly time that becomes your dedicated space.

 

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are payable in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations of shorter notice or missed sessions are charged in full.
