I know how hard it can be when self-doubt, low self-esteem, or that painful feeling of “not being enough” makes it difficult to connect with yourself or those around you. My approach focuses on helping you build a stronger, more confident sense of who you are.

 

I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, whatever they may be. There’s no rush, no pressure. Just a gentle, accepting space to be with what is, to begin untangling what feels stuck, heavy or unclear, and to find your way through it.

 

Trust sits at the heart of our work together. I believe that therapy can be truly healing when you feel safe enough to show up just as you are, without masks, without pretence. When we are met with care and compassion, healing becomes not only possible but deeply meaningful.

 

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, emotions and patterns that might be holding you back. And through that process, you’ll begin nurturing a deeper sense of self-acceptance, confidence, and trust in yourself.

Your Session

There is no set number of sessions when it comes to therapy; everyone’s journey is different. The length and pace of our work together will be shaped by your needs, your goals, and what feels right for you.

 

Therapy is most effective when it’s consistent, which is why sessions are usually held at the same time each week. If we decide to work together, we will agree on a regular weekly time that becomes your dedicated space.

 

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are payable in advance.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations of shorter notice or missed sessions are charged in full.
