As a qualified Pregnancy and Infant Loss therapist, I understand how profoundly painful it can be to experience baby loss or to navigate a pregnancy after such a loss.
The loss of a baby is one of the most challenging experiences anyone can face, and together, during this painful time, we can explore these emotions.

Grief is a deeply personal journey that affects everyone differently, and it’s important to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can gently explore how this loss has affected you, emotionally, in your relationships, and in your hopes for the future.

I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can freely express your feelings, thoughts and experiences. I will support you in finding ways to manage daily life, process your loss, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.​​


Your Session
There is no set number of sessions when it comes to therapy; everyone’s journey is different. The length and pace of our work together will be shaped by your needs, your goals, and what feels right for you.
Therapy is most effective when it’s consistent, which is why sessions are usually held at the same time each week. If we decide to work together, we will agree on a regular weekly time that becomes your dedicated space.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are payable in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations of shorter notice or missed sessions are charged in full.
